MetLife learned that two floors would be coming vacant, and wanted a new marketing initiative to highlight this metro-accessible opportunity in Arlington. In response, our team developed a custom brand for the property which included the roll-out of a new logo, property brochure and email marketing campaign highlighting the neighborhood's exceptional appeal for young professional workers.
