What do you do when your building gets no tours? You hustle. You hit the ground running, knock on doors and defer to good old canvassing.
So, when activity at one of our buildings dropped, the broker team decided to search for leads in the surrounding areas. As a leave behind gift we chose a box with girl scout cookies with printed custom label showing building facts and contact information.
