Pitching for new business is always a difficult task that requires a team effort, laser-focused strategies, and creative ideas. Presenting our qualifications and approaches in the middle of the pandemic was even more challenging for this unique, loft-style office space.

Our team produced custom-branded pitch materials and marketing promotional giveaway, - an herb garden stressing Loft's thriving environment and one-of-a-kind space, which was sent to a client before our presentation. We've presented in a hybrid setting with some of the team members joining via Zoom and some in-person.

Result? - a successful assignment of a 160,000 sf of the creative office in the heart of Clarendon.
