Building upon our previous success with Washington, DC Building Map, our team has decided to expand the horizon and cover another busy submarket by creating a comprehensive building footprint map of CRE inventory and future developments for Tysons, Virginia.
Tysons, formerly known as Tysons Corner, is home to Avison Young's Virginia office and is undergoing a truly dramatic transformation, with Silver Line metro extending its reach, further urbanizing the area, and as a result bringing multiple mixed-use developments such as The Boro by Meridian Group, Tysons West by JBG Smith, Tysons Central by Foulger Pratt, and many others in the pipeline.
Needless to say that we've fully exercised and had fun playing with the new AY brand and went through several iterations of color combos trying to find the best balance for our vibrant color palette without making it busy and overwhelming.
Washington DC Building map embraced the new branding as well and was also updated with the latest research intel.
Following the request from our Virginia agency leasing team, we've printed a small batch of Tysons maps, adding custom packaging pieces such as ring holder and shipping label, and mailing them off to our NoVA clients.
