APF Properties, the ownership, sought to reintroduce 183 Madison Avenue in New York City to the brokerage community following Avison Young's recent appointment as their exclusive agents for two additional properties and a recent recapitalization. The ownership requested a two-day event, firmly scheduled just three weeks out. Adding to the challenge, a competing property had also booked a broker event on one of the same days.
To generate strong attendance, our team developed a comprehensive marketing plan and persuaded ownership to offer top-tier incentives, including lunch and $50 gift cards for all attendees. In addition to that, the event featured a raffle for two tickets to either the U.S. Open or the Ryder Cup. Also, our team hosted a daily putting contest, awarding a Scotty Cameron putter to each day’s winner, and designed an eye-catching invitation that highlighted the prizes and helped build excitement.
Brokers began their tour on the Penthouse/19th Floor, where they experienced the private terrace, and continued down to the 6th Floor for lunch and the putting contest. The event was a success, drawing a total of 242 brokers.
