Greensboro Park


Velocis and Altus own a two-building office parking ideally located between Tysons Galleria and an upcoming redevelopment town center known as "The Boro." The ownership was looking to make a change and invited our firm to pitch leasing services in order to capitalize on the recent neighborhood buzz and brand-new amenities at the property.


Our regional marketing worked closely with the brokerage team to offer an all-encompassing leasing strategy to reignite excitement at the property. Armed with a comprehensive marketing plan and new branding concepts, our team offered physical samples of a potential direct mail campaign to illustrate our firm's thorough approach to client service.
