Velocis and Altus own a two-building office parking ideally located between Tysons Galleria and an upcoming redevelopment town center known as "The Boro." The ownership was looking to make a change and invited our firm to pitch leasing services in order to capitalize on the recent neighborhood buzz and brand-new amenities at the property.
