Greetings from Metro Park

With exciting renovations delivering at Metro Park, our client Beacon Capital Partners wanted to create a dimensional mailer to get the word out to the brokerage community along with gift cards promoting the multiple on-site and nearby restaurants/retailers.

For this project, our team designed a custom trifold mailer to promote the different renovations occurring within the park.

Given the scale of this seven-building, 1.1 MSF Class A office park, the "postcard mural" cover art and letter back envisions Metro Park as a must-see office destination with a personalized message from the team about the renovations.

Inside the "postcard", recipients discover the cover is perforated and can be torn off to use as an actual postcard mailer for their own personal use, plus an interactive component using the gift cards as covers to unveil the different renovation renderings. #AgencyLeasing #Promotion #Mailer #MetroPark #BeaconCapitalPartners
