March Madness Broker Event

There is no better way to bring traffic to your building than to organize a broker event. That's why we've decided to throw a big March Madness party at one of the Presidential Tower's Spec Suites, when tour volume started to stagnate.
We've announced our event to area's brokers through eblast communications and sent out individual Gatorade bottle invitations to the top tenant rep teams. Just for this event we've rented furniture and TVs to create fun and casual atmosphere, provided catered lunch and drinks and had raffle giveaways every 30 minutes.
