Westbrook Partners asked us to host an event in January to highlight Monument II's newly delivering spec suites. Our marketing team selected the tagline "New Year, New Spec Suites" to play off the timeliness of this offering and highlight the feeling of celebration.
With the New Year theme in mind, we designed the event materials with a firework motif. This gave the pieces a fresh and attention-grabbing appearance, while remaining mostly in-line with the traditional Monument II brand.
An eblast was sent to our regional office broker list. It included sparkling firework graphics, event details, and a call-to-action to RSVP. This provided a solid list of attendees for the event.
We created additional marketing collateral to tie-in the theme at the event itself and highlight additional information about the property. Each attendee received a tour card, guiding them to see the building's newly renovated amenities and spec suites. Upon completion of their tour card, they received a gift card attached to a thank you card with building details on the back to take home. We also created a pull-up banner to ensure attendees knew of the miniscule distance between Monument II and Worldgate Centre, where tenants can grab lunch, work out, or catch the latest blockbuster.
The materials were well-received and the event was a success.
