When Boston Properties decided to put their Kingstowne Village Parkway portfolio on the market, Avison Young's Capital Markets and Regional Marketing Teams put their heads together and decided to step it up a notch and build-out a marketing center to showcase full portfolio's potential during the tours with prospective investors and buyers.
To maximize usability, all information pertaining to the sale of the building was displayed on the boards suspended from the ceiling, with overall leasing materials firmly set as the wall graphics. Once sold, the hanging boards could be easily removed, and space could act as a true leasing center.
