Philadelphia's Project Management team traditionally sends a small holiday gift to

express appreciation to clients and partners. With additional resources

available this year, we decided to elevate this gesture by creating a premium gift package. This initiative allowed us to thank hardworking clients and valued partnerships while also extending a few gifts to key prospects, reinforcing relationships, and spreading holiday cheer.

YETI mug— a practical, premium gift that showcases local pride. The tote bag was designed to include homages to Philadelphia landmarks, food, and history.

What started out as a Project Management gift expanded to brokerage teams with over 130 gifts delivered just in time for the holidays. The delivered package included the bag, Yeti mug, card, calendar, and stickers pulled from the bag design.
