This email campaign was launched to promote the recent delivery of spec suites at two of our Brookfield listings in Rockville, Maryland.
In this promotion, we were offering a $1,500 Southwest Airlines gift card for qualified leases. This inspired the "Spec Suites are taking off" tagline and overall theme for the campaign.
