Stamped for Success, Marketing Day Brought Together AY Marketers for the East Region Tour.

Marketing Day is an annual gathering of the East Region marketing team and AY's leadership, bringing together more than 30 marketers from Boston to Washington, DC. 2025 year's theme was East Region Tour to strengthen and unify our marketing teams and regional offices.
The concept positioned each office as a “stop” on the tour, spotlighting standout case studies and best practices from every market. The branding extended across all touchpoints, from agenda design to on-site visuals. A custom-designed regional passport served as the signature element of the experience. Each passport featured every East Region office and a fun fact about each marketer. Participants received custom stamps with their own initials and exchanged notes and passport stamps throughout the day, turning networking into an interactive, branded experience. The passports were presented in travel covers with AirTags, creating a thoughtful and functional gift.
From concept development and graphic design to personalization, production and on-site coordination, the marketing team led the initiative end to end. The result was a highly attended, immersive event that reinforced collaboration and elevated our collective talent.
