Staying in Touch at 3901 North Fairfax

Skanska, our client and the owner of 3901 North Fairfax, likes to do more than market space. They like to maintain a positive relationship with the brokerage community throughout the year. We've found that holidays are a good opportunity to keep in touch.

Because 3901 North Fairfax is an incredibly eco-focused project, Skanska wanted to extend a happy Earth Day greeting to the region. Our team’s Director of Marketing, Soph Chinoy, envisioned an eblast featuring a spinning globe that pinpointed the building’s location followed by a photo carousel highlighting many of the building’s Earth-friendly features. As you can see in the photo below, our regional design team was able to deliver on this vision.

Last winter, Skanska wanted to send brokers warm wishes for the holidays. Our marketing team brainstormed several ideas to bring a little sparkle to the eblast without zeroing in on any one winter holiday. We landed on a design with twinkling stars. The design was well received by our client and the brokerage community alike.
