The Canvas of the Grandest Scale

When 1735 N Lynn, - a class A office tower in the heart of Rosslyn, VA - was ready to reveal its major repositioning and new, user-focused amenities, our design team rolled up their sleeves and put their heads together to capture all the improvements and to tell the story of this dramatic transformation on one tour floor.

We've opted for the bold colors on floor decals to guide the prospects thru the shell space, and oversized panels printed on a thick canvas and installed around the column core. A wall collage with the amenity photos, pop-out tag lines and interactive polling station to vote for your favorite building renovation completed the look and provided some context to the scope and complexity of this repositioning assignment.
