With the upcoming completion of Marker 20's brand new on-site amenities, Penzance wanted a customized and engaging email campaign to help highlight these exciting renovations to the brokerage community.
Given the recent Wordle craze in the U.S. and abroad, our team created our very own Wordle experience offering a weekly word challenge sent out via email to help promote the renovations leading up to their delivery date.
Each week the chosen word challenge highlighted a different amenity feature at Marker 20... To help promote broker engagement, we offered a $200 prize each week. This email campaign was well received in our brokerage community as a fun (and highly competitive) way to learn more about this project's renovations.
